CHECK-IN: July 30 8:00-8:30am, South Campus, Northeast corner doors
RETURN: Buses return to South Campus on Thursday August 3 approximately 7:30pm
REGISTRATION CLOSES: July 12, 2023 or when all spots are filled
COST: $350
COST INCLUDES: Transportation, meals, heated cabins, retreat materials and activities. 

PAYMENTS:

• PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE: This includes illnesses and scheduling conflicts. Please check your family schedules before registering

• You may pay online with a credit card

• To pay by check enter CHCK in the Discount Code box and mail/bring to Church Office at your earliest convenience. Please write HSM Winter Retreat and the student name on the memo line

• FUNDRAISING: Prior to registering, to apply fundraising already earned email youth@fargohope.org for fund amount available and to receive a code to continue registering

• SCHOLARSHIPS: Prior to registering, if you require financial assistance for this event, email youth@fargohope.org to apply for a needs-based scholarship. We must have this request by June 20 to allow time to process and review.
